Chef Daniel Wong
With over 20 years of experience in the field of culinary arts, Chef Daniel Wong has spent more than nine of them at The Ritz-Carlton. During the course of his career at The Ritz-Carlton, the concept of "sustainability and responsible gastronomy" has been constantly integrated and practiced in Jin Xuan's menu,
in addition to inheriting classic Cantonese cuisine and incorporating innovation. Sourcing of high-quality ingredients is also carefully implemented. Cooking is an indispensable part of his life. He travels with his wife at least twice a year. Wherever he travels, he takes part in discovery tour in local food markets and cooks fresh ingredients by himself. Chef Daniel Wong stated, "It is an honor to be recognized by the world-renowned Michelin Guide.
